Cost
A minimum deposit of £ 50 - £ 150 (Please check) is required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. DEPOSIT ONLY GUARANTEES THE RESERVATION NOT THE FARE. Full payment guarantees both price and reservation.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel your booking at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person making the booking and is communicated to us in writing. As we incur costs when you cancel, we will retain your deposit and additional cancellation charges may apply. 1.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
Most of the tickets once issued or made definite are non-refundable, non-transferable. Cancellation charges vary from airline to airline. Please confirm at the time of booking. Passengers are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. After your booking has been confirmed, but before the ticket has been issued, you may wish to cancel your booking. To do this, you must advise Super Destinations in writing. The cancellation will be effective from the date 'notice' of cancellation is received. Certain bookings are subject to administration and service fee in addition to the cancellation charges.
AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
Alterations and amendments to booking are treated as cancellation and re-booking. Thus the above cancellation rules apply and would be effective from the date that notice of such amendments is received by Super Destinations in writing.
PRICES AND PRICE GUARANTEE
our programme is keenly priced to offer maximum value for money. All UK airport taxes, except where stated, security charges and fuel surcharges are included in the fares. We reserve the right to impose a supplement to the air ticket price due to changes in the value of £ sterling, the cost of aircraft fuel and changes in hotel and airport taxes etc.
COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints whilst you are away, you must immediately inform the appropriate hotel or car-hire company, airline concerned so that remedial action can be taken without delay. Should you be unable to resolve the problem on the spot, any complaints must be received in writing by Super Destinations no later than fourteen days following completion of your journey as booked with us regardless of the ticket validity otherwise the complaint will be deemed not to exist.
LIABILITY
Super Destinations undertaken to use its best endeavours in arranging of the client's holidays to ensure that the standard of service meets the requirements of a professional travel agent. However, Super Destinations cannot be held liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of any body or person over whom Super Destinations has no direct control. No person is authorized to make representation concerning clients holidays unless agreed and sanctioned by Super Destinations in writing. We cannot be held responsible for documents lost in post.
Your Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong."
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable)
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
